1. Overview

This website, shopmisttrack.com, is operated by MistTrack, run by Jeremiah Ihemefor. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when you order and to keep it up to date.

3. Products and pricing

  • We do our best to show products, colours and details accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • All prices are shown in [USD] and include any discount shown at checkout. Taxes, duties or import fees may apply depending on your country and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices, update product details or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has shipped.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, payment is declined, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Bundles and discounts

  • Bundle and volume offers (such as “Buy 2” or “Buy 3 get 20% off”) apply only as shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Processing time: (1–3 business days)
  • Estimated delivery: (4–9 business days) after dispatch
  • Shipping is free on [all orders / orders to listed countries].
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by holidays, customs or carrier delays.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

8. Returns and refunds

Our returns process is described in our [Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving them, and nothing in these Terms affects that right.

9. Product use and safety

  • Use your MistTrack diffuser only as described in its instructions: with water, on a flat stable surface, and with the correct plug type for your country.
  • Do not use it near children or pets without supervision. Keep essential oils out of reach of children.
  • The diffuser is not a medical device. Any wellness benefits described on our site are general and are not medical claims.

10. Reviews and content you submit

  • Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not include offensive, illegal or misleading content.
  • By submitting a review, photo or video, you give us permission to display it on our site and marketing, with your first name and last initial.
  • We may remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the MistTrack name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to break any law, commit fraud, interfere with the site’s security, upload harmful code, or collect other users’ information.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MistTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

14. Third-party services

Our site uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers and review apps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

15. Privacy

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales]. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
